Meredith Dewell Kolaski is the Broker in Charge of Charleston Coastal Realtors. Originally from Carrollton, GA, Meredith moved to Charleston in 1997 to attend the College of Charleston. During College, she played golf all four years of college and received a scholarship. Meredith quickly fell in love with the charm and history that Charleston offers. She began her career in real estate in 2004 and since then has received several honors. Some of these include: East Cooper Top Producer, and Realtor of Distinction. Meredith also is an Accredited Buyer's Representative and HSR Certified Home Stager. Real Estate is Meredith's passion and she loves helping buyers and sellers across the Tri-County area accomplish their goals. Amy Carswell Willis grew up in Lincolnton, North Carolina west of Charlotte, in the Carolina foothills. Amy obtained in 1978 her BA in English, graduating Magna Cum Laude from UNC–Charlotte and earned a Master’s degree in Gifted Education from Lenoir Rhyne College. In 1972, Amy was awarded first runner up to the National Model of the Year held in New York City. After her junior year of high school, Amy spent her summer modeling for a top NYC modeling agency. Amy and her husband, Tom, moved to Charleston in 1981 and since then have designed and custom–built 4 homes and renovated a circa 1879 historic home on Charleston Harbor. Rob has spent most of his life in South Carolina.After high school, he moved to New York and worked on several large commercial buildings.In 1998, he moved to Charleston and married Kellie from Savannah, Georgia.For more than a year, he set tile in many high end homes throughout the Lowcountry.From 1999 to 2005 Rob worked in construction for John Wieland Homes in Mt. Pleasant.Rob obtained a residential builder license in 2004.In 2005 he started his own custom home building company, Paradise Homes, LLC.Rob joined Charleston Coastal Realtors after receiving his real estate license in 2010.Rob lives in Mount Pleasant with his wife and 2 boys.Rob really enjoys being a Realtor and a home builder in the Charleston area!
